Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• Experience with project controls tools and cost management.
• Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Management Plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare complete estimates using Excel, BIMS, Revit, Success.
• Input work plan and project data into appropriate software.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost and report to client regularly.
