Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the Advanced Technology team, focusing on construction estimates for a prestigious pharmaceutical client. This role is remote with our client on multiple projects across the United States, covering estimates, change orders, negotiations, and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in estimating/cost management, strong Excel skills, and a degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' estimating / cost management experience, preferably on pharmaceutical/life science projects.
• Strong ability to interact with diverse client types.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction cost estimates from concept to final design.
• Research material and labor prices using published sources and local conditions.
• Develop and nurture subcontractor/vendor and client relationships.
