Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3+ years of post-degree experience in cost management or related field.
• Working toward MRICS / AssocRICS / CCP / CEP / CPE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget estimates by performing quantity take-offs from plans, specs or conceptual information.
• Review and interpret project scope as described in documents.
• Build unit costs based on labor and material rate structures.
