Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech capital project experience.
• Experience delivering greenfield cGMP facilities from design through startup.
• Overseeing capital programs valued at $1B+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner’s representative team across project controls, CQV, GMP, EHS, construction, and procurement.
• Establish governance, reporting, RACI, escalation procedures; manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, safety.
