Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks an Associate Director, Commercial Strategy and Planning, a client-facing leader responsible for shaping pre-launch engagements for biopharma clients preparing for successful launches.

The role guides C-suite through forecasting, go-to-market strategy, and organizational readiness, assembling the right mix of commercial, market access, analytics, and research expertise to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting with significant client-engagement leadership.
• Experience leading engagements from initiation to final delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement lead for Commercial workstreams.
• Lead client communications, workshops, and critical decisions with executive-level stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into workplans, timelines, and success measures.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships and present insights to senior client leaders.
• Ensure risk, dependencies, and client expectations are proactively managed.
