Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Operations to provide ongoing project management across Sales & Marketing, support day-to-day operations, and coordinate upcoming product launches within a regulated life sciences environment.

The role partners with brand marketing, sales operations, market access, medical affairs, and external agencies to ensure timely deliverables, governance, and compliant promotional materials, with emphasis on reporting and executive-level

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in pharma/biotech commercial ops.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated life sciences.
• Knowledge of MLR/promotional compliance is a plus.
• Strong PM tools proficiency and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing project management across Sales & Marketing operations.
• Coordinate governance meetings, risk tracking, and action item escalation.
• Manage MLR review and approval for promotional materials.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Training on field enablement and CRM upkeep.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and reconciliation with brand leads.
• Maintain dashboards and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure activities adhere to PhRMA/FDA promo standards.
