Job summary
Slipstream IT, LLC is seeking a Senior Pharma Business Analyst to join the DATAstream team. You will work with Life Sciences clients on data, analytics, commercial operations, and data management initiatives, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for data engineering and analytics teams.
The role requires deep knowledge of Pharma commercial processes, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive DATAstream implementations from requirements through
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial processes and data.
- Experience translating business requirements into data/technical specs.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and data requirements for Pharma clients.
- Lead requirements gathering with client stakeholders and SMEs.
- Translate business needs into functional specs, data requirements, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, MDM, BI teams, and Solution Architects.
- Support data integration, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics implementations.
