Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and market access in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Working knowledge of MLR/promotional review processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing project management support for recurring Sales & Marketing operations and launches.
• Coordinate governance forums and action tracking with senior leadership.
• Manage MLR review and approval processes for promotional materials.
• Support field force enablement, CRM maintenance, and training content rollout.
• Maintain commercial operations dashboards and executive summaries.
