Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Managing Consultant for Life Sciences Data and Analytics to lead client engagements in pharma analytics from McLean, VA. You will guide delivery teams, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality analytics across forecasting, market access, and launch readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years in pharma consulting, hands-on SQL and Python, and experience presenting to director/VP level stakeholders, with a track record of selling follow-on work.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years pharma consulting experience, including managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Background as a client facing analytics leader and ability to present to director/VP level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of pharma commercial data ecosystems (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo, Merative, Optum, Clarivate, Veradigm, HealthVerity).
• Strong technical foundation: SQL and Python; familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure, plus visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications at executive level and run steering committee meetings.
• Manage multiple project teams and workplans; own budgets and control scope changes.
• Provide analytics leadership across forecasting, market access analytics, patient services analytics, and launch readiness.
• Directly manage Senior Consultants and Consultants; review outputs for quality and rigor; coach team members.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and identify follow-on opportunities with clients.
