Job summary

The LaSalle Network seeks a Managing Consultant to lead life sciences data and analytics engagements across the US market. This leadership role requires direct client interaction, steering committees, and delivery oversight across pharma analytics workstreams.

You will guide teams on forecasting, market access, and commercial data ecosystems, manage budgets, and contribute to proposals. Prior roles like Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager in pharma analytics are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of pharma consulting experience managing multiple client engagements.
• Background as a client-facing analytics leader at top firms.
• Deep knowledge of pharma data ecosystems and analytics datasets.
• Strong SQL and Python foundations; familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Experience writing proposals or contributing to RFPs.
• Therapeutic area exposure in oncology or rare diseases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own executive level client communications and steering committee sessions.
• Lead delivery across multiple project teams and budgets.
• Review outputs for quality and rigor across engagements.
• Coach and develop team members (Senior Consultants & Consultants).
• Identify follow-on work and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.
• Guide analytics methodology and ensure delivery excellence.
