Job summary

The LaSalle Network seeks a Senior Consultant to join its Life Sciences Data and Analytics practice. You will work with pharma commercial datasets to deliver insights that influence client decisions across commercial operations, marketing, patient analytics, forecasting, and market access.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in pharma analytics, advanced SQL and Python, and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS or Azure, plus BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of pharma commercial analytics consulting experience.
• Ability to own analytical workstreams with limited supervision.
• Strong SQL and data analytics capabilities on large longitudinal datasets.
• Experience with cohort construction and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex analyses across pharma commercial workstreams.
• Build patient journeys using longitudinal claims and prescription data.
• Conduct segmentation and targeting analyses for brand strategy.
• Support forecasting using patient based, analog based, or epidemiology based methods.
• Analyze commercial performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Manage junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Present insights confidently and clearly to client stakeholders.
