AES Cleanroom Technology is seeking a Buyer to own purchasing and material planning for complex cleanroom construction projects in Manheim, PA. You will work with project managers, designers, and estimators to secure materials, schedule deliveries, and protect margins.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities for supplier relations.
• Detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Plan material requirements and forecast demand based on project schedules and trends.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders with approved suppliers and track POs to delivery.
• Source products strategically and negotiate pricing, terms and lead times to control costs.
• Maintain inventory levels at the Manheim warehouse and minimize stockouts/excess stock.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with suppliers and manage change orders with project teams.
• Build vendor relationships and evaluate performance on cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop demand plans and track KPIs in Excel and ERP planning modules.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and estimators to resolve supply issues.
