Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Zelienople, PA seeks a Buyer 1, Purchasing for a 2-3+ month contract. 40 hours/week, $20-25/hr. Onsite, with possible hybrid work.

Responsibilities include planning materials for the manufacturing schedule, procurement, and maintaining inventory targets. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in procurement/planning, ISO-13485 knowledge preferred. The role demands strong negotiation and communication skills, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a clear understanding of supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area with 3+ years procurement/planning experience.
• ISO-13485 supplier controls knowledge is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure all items for the production schedule to meet inventory targets.
• Maintain supplier performance and conduct cycle counting and inventories.
• Generate and publish reports: Inventory levels, PPV, supplier scorecards.
• Issue purchase orders with appropriate delivery terms and payment terms.
• Support plant purchasing activities and document control processes.
