Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an advertising agency Account Executive to deliver digital marketing campaigns for pharma clients. The entry-level role targets 1–2 years of marketing or agency experience and emphasizes client relationships, documentation, and inter-team collaboration.

You will work with multiple teams and external partners in a fast-changing environment, maintaining attention to detail and proactive communication to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related industry experience, ad agency experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of the client’s business and informs the team of key news.
• Creates drafts of scope documents, briefs, and statements of work.
• Supports scheduling client meetings and developing agendas and slides.
• Ensures follow-up on agreements and produces comprehensive call notes.
• Reviews materials for brand continuity and compliant review processes.
• Builds rapport with clients and serves as a go-to person for basic requests.
• Participates in client and vendor conference calls.
