Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Advertising Agency Account Executive to deliver digital promotional marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of marketing or agency experience and understands how an agency operates and how jobs move through the workflow.

The AE will support the Account Team, handle day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related industry experience; ad agency experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills are required.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of client’s business and industry news; shares insights.
• Drafts initial account-led documents: scopes, briefs, statements of work, agendas, presentations.
• Supports Account Leadership in scheduling client meetings and preparing agendas and slides.
• Ensures follow-up on meeting decisions and produces call notes.
• Reviews project materials to ensure brand continuity and compliance with Med/Reg/Legal reviews.
• Builds relationships with clients and acts as a go-to resource for basic requests.
• Participates in client and vendor conference calls.
