Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an Account Executive to support digital promotional campaigns for pharmaceutical clients. The role requires 1–2 years in marketing or agency settings, with understanding of agency workflows and project routing.

You will work with multiple teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, timely outputs. The position emphasizes detailed communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related industry experience, ad agency experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Team to meet client needs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare scope documents, briefs, statements of work, and agendas.
• Schedule client meetings and develop meeting materials.
• Follow up on agreements and produce comprehensive notes.
• Review project materials for brand continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to deliver work.
