Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking an entry-level Account Executive to support the Account Team in delivering digital promotional campaigns for pharmaceutical clients. You will help manage day-to-day tasks, draft scope documents, briefs, and meeting agendas, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office and online tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience.
• Understanding of how an advertising agency operates and workflows.
• Able to work in a fast-changing environment with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and proactive communicator with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Team in ensuring client needs are met.
• Create drafts of scope documents, briefs, statements of work, agendas, and presentations.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare agendas and slides.
• Produce comprehensive call notes and follow up on agreements.
• Review project materials for brand continuity and Med/Reg/Legal review.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor partners to deliver work.
• Build rapport with clients and act as go-to for basic requests.
• Participate in client and vendor conference calls.
