Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Client Services Lead to oversee the client services team, driving tactical and strategic leadership for campaigns from inception to completion. You will ensure alignment with client goals and brand strategy across multiple departments.

The role requires pharma agency experience, brand launch expertise, and 7+ years in client services within a high-volume ad agency, with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Pharma agency experience is required.
• Brand launch experience is required.
• 7+ years of client services in a high-volume advertising agency.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, detail oriented, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the client and client services team to ensure brand strategy is communicated effectively.
• Develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders.
• Understand client’s brand, therapeutic area and objectives.
• Bridge brand and creative strategy using independent judgment.
• Oversee day-to-day client service operations to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Anticipate client needs and provide recommendations.
• Lead and mentor the client services team.
