Job summary

Pharma Source Direct in Englewood, CO, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Account Manager to expand our footprint in the compounding pharmacy market. You will grow and manage a dedicated portfolio of pharmacy accounts and proactively source new business for our API portfolio.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience.
Experience with outbound calls and closing deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong numerical reasoning for margins, tiered pricing, and unit conversions.
Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms; ability to manage data and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of compounding pharmacy accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
Conduct targeted outbound calls to pharmacy decision-makers and close new business.
Develop territory plans, track sales cycles, and negotiate pricing to meet targets.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to inform leadership.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Regulatory, and Logistics for order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records of interactions, pipeline, and quotes.
