Job summary

Claros Technologies in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Lab Technician to perform day-to-day sample preparation in our ISO/IEC 17025-compliant laboratory, ensuring accuracy and traceability of analyses. You will maintain equipment, assist with proficiency testing, and keep precise records to support PFAS destruction research.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year science degree or equivalent lab experience, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a scientific field or equivalent laboratory experience.
• General knowledge of chemical and environmental laboratory activities.
• Attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience working in a chemical lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing lab sample preparation for final analysis.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and verifications.
• Maintain the equipment used in the sample preparation.
• Participate in proficiency testing activities.
• Keep accurate records and provide feedback on sample preparation procedures.
