ALS Middletown laboratory is seeking a shift-based technician to perform extractions and prepare samples for EPA methods in a fast-paced PFAS environment. Responsibilities include reagent prep, glassware washing, safety compliance, and LCMS loading.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced lab environment and follow SOPs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis using EPA methods according to ALS SOPs.
• Prepare reagents for sample prep.
• Wash and maintain glassware safely.
• Load LCMS equipment for analysis.
• Perform recordkeeping to ensure traceability.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Support off-shift operations as needed.
