A leading laboratory services provider in Dayton, NJ is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will prepare and analyze samples with accuracy and precision, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Required qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Chemistry or a related field, with some experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team to fulfill production targets while maintaining a safe laboratory environment.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories, or 3 years of relevant experience.
1-2 years of relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories is preferred.
Experience with basic instrumentation and analytical methodologies.
Responsibilities
Independently prepares and analyzes samples according to analytical SOPs.
Performs routine operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Assists with validation and MDL studies.
Skills
Basic mathematical and reasoning skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to lift/carry/push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs
Education
Associate Degree in a Chemistry or similar scientific discipline
Bachelor’s Degree in a Chemistry or similar scientific discipline
