Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience in petroleum, fuel distribution, or energy industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate accurate invoices for petroleum deliveries and transactions.
• Reconcile billing statements, purchase orders, and delivery tickets.
• Maintain and update customer account records in billing systems.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with petroleum industry billing regulations and company policies.
