This role supports the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate paperwork and billing for wholesale operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT to implement process improvements and maintain accurate cost data for sales.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling delivery paperwork for wholesale deliveries.
• Processing wholesale deliveries and wholesale billing functions.
• Managing tank wagon deliveries and reconciling truck inventories.
• Working with IT department for process and system improvements.
• Corresponding with vendors and carriers via phone and email.
• Maintaining cost data from vendors for sales.
• Working with sales and logistics to ensure customers get proper paperwork in a timely manner.
• Processing freight deliveries, payments and billing functions.
