Job summary

Fronk Oil Co Inc in Amarillo, TX is seeking a driven Petroleum Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. You will be the backbone of our fuel delivery operations, managing schedules, routes, and real-time communications with drivers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring dispatch or logistics experience in petroleum or trucking, strong communication and multitasking skills, and proficiency with dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatching or logistics experience, preferably in petroleum, fuel, or trucking industries
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software, routing tools, or fleet management systems
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and petroleum transportation compliance is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule petroleum product deliveries to ensure on-time, efficient routing
• Communicate with drivers in real-time to monitor delivery progress and resolve issues
• Process and manage customer delivery orders accurately and promptly
• Track fuel inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to meet demand
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs, delivery records, and driver activity reports
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
