Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication.
• Ability to manage schedules, records, and transactions accurately.
• Weekend/holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage multi-line phone system and greet clients with empathy.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain medical records, schedule appointments, process payments.
• Educate clients on preventive care and hospital services.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions with clients and pets.
