Mission Pet Health welcomes you to join Well Pets Veterinary Clinic and After Hours Urgent Care in Irmo, SC. We prioritize excellence as an AAHA-accredited practice, offering wellness care and after-hours urgent care with access to internal specialty consultations within a supportive network.

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our clinic, handle scheduling and payments, and educate clients on preventative care.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody compassion and empathy: provide a calming presence and treat each pet with care.
