Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus in the United States is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional neighborly service. You will help customers choose products, greet regulars, and reinforce store standards while supporting team leaders and onboarding new staff.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to operate all store equipment including a forklift and to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedules, reliable transportation, and ability to pass drug screening.
