Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a PAWsome Shift Supervisor to help lead daily store operations and deliver great neighborly service. You will partner with store leaders, supervise team members, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a friendly shopping environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of retail experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll need to be comfortable using equipment like a forklift and lifting up to 50 pounds, with flexible

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and reinforce PSP standards.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, and safety policies are followed.
• Assist with back-office tasks like signs and price updates.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding and team development.
