Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and support store team leaders.
• Reinforce PSP standards and daily management routines.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Deliver exceptional neighborly service during shifts.
• Greet customers and assist with product selections and questions.
• Support back-office tasks like price changes and cashier records.
