Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedules and reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug screening and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in choosing products and provide friendly service.
• Lead by example and reinforce daily store procedures.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times per week.
• Maintain cleanliness, animal care, safety and security standards.
• Participate in back-office tasks like signs and price updates.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Support community engagement and store performance improvements.
• Occasionally perform nail trims on pets.
