Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding neighborly service. You'll assist with leadership coverage up to four days weekly and reinforce PSP standards in a fast-paced neighborhood store.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong customer service, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. You will help with back office tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and team development while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and support the team to deliver friendly, neighborly service.
• Provide leadership coverage and manage duties up to four days per week.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and policy compliance across the store.
• Assist with back office tasks like signage, price changes, and cashier records.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of team members.
