Pet Supplies Plus 4074 is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead the team during shifts and ensure a neighborly, pet-friendly shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations, assist customers with product recommendations, and maintain a safe, organized store.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of retail experience, solid customer service and sales skills, and be able to stand for long periods. Flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neighborly service by helping customers pick products.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth shift.
• Assign tasks and help team manage priorities and time.
• Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues.
• Manage special orders and online order fulfillment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Step in to support the team during busy periods.
