Hollywood Feed is seeking a Store Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee all aspects of the retail location, drive sales, and engage with the community. You will lead staff, schedule shifts, and maintain high service standards in line with our policy: Do what is right by the customer.

• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, selectively hire, and train employees for the retail location.
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of employees.
• Oversee employees, facilitate effective communication with customers.
• Manage and direct the daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with timely performance evaluations.
• Administer disciplinary actions and terminations in alignment with policies.
• Close the store 3 nights per week with one Saturday off per month.
• Attend Store Manager Meetings in person.
