Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Flowood, MS is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Flowood retail location, supervise staff, handle scheduling and training, and ensure outstanding customer service and store presentation.

The role requires at least 45 hours weekly, in-person meetings, driving deliveries when needed, and partnering with regional leadership to grow sales while upholding company policies.

Experience in retail management and a passion for animals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Interview, selectively hire, and train employees for the retail location.
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of employees.
• Oversee employees, facilitate effective communication with customers, assist as needed.
• Manage and direct the daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Administer disciplinary actions and terminations, in alignment with company policies.
• Close the store 3 nights per week with one Saturday off per month.
• Attend Store Manager Meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders per policies.
