Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members and ensure effective communication with customers.
• Close the store 3 nights per week and attend meetings in person.
• Lead daily tasks and perform performance evaluations as needed.
• Deliver Same Day Delivery orders and maintain safety standards.
