Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in daily operations.

You will supervise team members, oversee inventory, and ensure duties are completed with accuracy and safety. This role requires reliable attendance, strong communication, and a commitment to our customer-first policy.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening are essential.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members and communicate effectively with customers; implement manager instructions.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Attend Assistant Store Manager meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders as required.
