Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Store Manager for Indian Land, SC. You will oversee store operations, staff, and community engagement while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling and training, budgeting, and POS system proficiency. This is a demanding, hands-on position with opportunities for growth within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher not required but preferred for growth
• Proven leadership and customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control
• Strong communication, scheduling, and training abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and meet targets

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train staff for the store.
• Organize and oversee employee schedules and daily tasks.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address disciplinary actions.
• Close the store 3 nights per week and manage monthly rotation.
• Attend in-person store manager meetings and drive community engagement.
