Hollywood Feed is seeking a Store Manager for Midtown East in Raleigh, NC to oversee the retail location, employees, and community engagement, delivering great customer service and aligning with the company policy Do what is right by the customer.

The role requires leading hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews, with a minimum 45 hours per week and an ability to manage inventories, cash handling, and local outreach. Compensation ranges from $22 to $30 per hour.

• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the retail location, employees and community engagement activities to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Interview, selectively hire, and train employees for the retail location.
• Organize and oversee the schedules and work of employees.
• Manage and direct the daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Administer disciplinary actions and terminations in alignment with company policies.
• Close the store 3 nights per week with one Saturday off per month.
• Attend Store Manager Meetings in person.
