Job summary

Hollywood Feed is hiring a Third Key Holder - Union in Memphis, TN. You will support the Store Manager, open/close the store, greet customers, and ensure safe, efficient operations while upholding the company policy of doing what is right by the customer.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50–$19/hr and requires weekend availability, strong communication, sales skills, and a valid driver’s license for deliveries. Experience with inventory and POS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assist customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to meet customer needs.
• Stock and stock deliveries; unload and display products.
• Operate the POS system and manage transactions, accounts, and inventory tasks.
• Provide training and support to new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and set up displays; perform routine maintenance.
• Deliver Same Day Delivery orders per policy and safety standards.
