Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.

• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, and coaching.
• Facilitates associate experience and development; training, onboarding, reviews, labor management, mentoring, succession planning, coaching for accountability.
• Address and administer associate complaints and grievances.
• Lead and coach associates on operational processes to ensure pets in our care are safe and healthy.
• Oversee inventory management and pricing processes, including accuracy, receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Analyze sales trends and merchandising to drive results and opportunities.
• Drive store P&L targets by managing labor and supplies.
