Job summary

National Veterinary Associates, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for No Leash Needed - Lake St. Louis resort in St. Louis, Missouri. You will partner with the General Manager to run daily operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding pet care and client service.

You’ll coach Shift Leads, manage staffing and budgets, uphold safety and standards, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting growth in a dynamic, pet‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of customer service leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams in a hands-on environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Model NVA values and lead team members to build capability and confidence.
• Coaching Shift Leads and Team Members; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure operational excellence and exceptional pet care and customer service.
• Drive revenue growth and cost management through performance monitoring.
