No Leash Needed - Lake St. Louis, part of National Veterinary Associates (NVA), seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Lake St. Louis resort in St.

Louis, Missouri. You will partner with the General Manager to drive pet care quality, guest experience, and team development. You will model NVA leadership, manage staffing and budgets, support marketing and community outreach, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the resort.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and ability to lead teams in a hands-on environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work up to 45–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, current insurance, and a vehicle to transport a pet in an emergency.

• Lead Resort Leadership Team and partner with the GM on success plan.
• Maintain operations delivering pet care and customer service.
• Drive revenue growth and manage costs.
• Develop and retain team through coaching and accountability.
• Schedule staffing and ensure labor guidelines are followed.
• Lead Manager on Duty 1–2 shifts weekly to set expectations.
• Support marketing and local lead-generation efforts and community outreach.
• Track KPIs and budget targets; take action on trends and gaps.
