Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in management overseeing 20 to 30 employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with hiring and evaluating candidates.
• Previous leadership experience in animal care or related fields.
• Must be comfortable around dogs and physically able to lift up to 60 lbs.
