NVA Pet Resorts is hiring a full-time General Manager for the PetSuites Addison resort in Addison, Texas. You will lead a high-performing team, own daily operations, guest experience, and profitability while delivering exceptional care for pets and people.

In this role you’ll drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure alignment with brand standards and market initiatives. You’ll cultivate a positive culture, coach leaders, and deliver strong business results.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Strong operational leadership and ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Mansioni

• Lead by example to communicate NVA's mission, values, and objectives.
• Own resort performance against budget and key metrics including revenue and EBITDA.
• Build and execute a data-driven resort plan aligned to regional and company initiatives.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community groups; drive lead generation and retention.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team across front- and back-of-house operations.
