The role combines hands-on leadership with business ownership: drive revenue, manage costs, and mentor the leadership bench. Compensation ranges $62,000–$68,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Profit and Loss responsibility is preferred.
• Strong operational leadership and ability to coach teams.
