NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a General Manager for our Taurus Burnet resort in Austin, TX. You will lead operations, guest experiences, and a high-performing team, driving revenue and profitability tied to brand standards.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, coach leaders, and build a culture of accountability while delivering exceptional pet care and customer service. The role requires 3–5 years of management with P&L responsibility.

• Coach and develop the leadership bench including AGM, shift leads and team members.
• Drive revenue, manage costs, and build a high-performing team.
