All Valley Animal Resort is seeking a Pet Resort Manager to oversee the daily activities of the resort and the care of all animals boarding with us. You will lead the resort team, greet clients, and ensure top-notch service at drop-off and pick-up while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in pet boarding, can read animal body language, and demonstrates strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Competenze

• Previous experience in pet boarding facility or animal handling.
• Comfortable with handling dogs (all breeds) and cats.
• Able to read body language of the animals.
• Phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong relationship building and coaching.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional demeanor.

• Provide top-notch customer service by welcoming clients with a kind smile and being attentive to client and pet needs.
• Helps develop new policies and procedures to improve the client and animal experience and quality of service being provided.
• Leads pet resort team and motivates team to provide professional, compassionate, and excellent customer service at all times.
• Make sure the team is following established resort policies and procedures. Addresses team member concerns.
• Creates and maintains team member work schedule, ensuring resort is staffed when PTO is schedule and/or there are team member call outs.
• Resolves client concerns and complaints professionally.
• Handle front desk communications including phone calls, voicemail, emails, and client updates.
• Ensure daily animal photos are sent to clients.
• Check clients/pets in and out with accurate documents and vaccination records.
