Job summary

K9 Resorts of Audubon, PA is seeking a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative to greet clients, check-in/out pets, and ensure every dog enjoys a welcoming, VIP experience. You are the face of our brand and uphold our mission and values in every interaction.

You will follow procedures, manage reservations in the POS, handle tours, feed and medicate dogs, monitor daycare, and support the team with a positive, outgoing personality. Weekend and holiday hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend and holiday hours required.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Salesmanship and comfort with customers.
• Outgoing, positive, enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the building.
• Perform check-in/check-out and reservation procedures in the POS system.
• Take custody of pets and ensure they are properly placed in the building.
• Answer telephone inquiries.
• Provide tours of the facility to potential customers when necessary.
• Feed and medicate all dogs.
• Provide personal playtimes for dogs when requested.
• Perform body checks to identify pre-existing conditions and/or injuries.
• Sanitation of the lobby, boarding, and daycare accommodations.
• Monitoring daycare.
• Bathing dogs.
