Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, front desk, or sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Windows, POS systems, and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients enthusiastically, check pets in/out using reservation software, handle payments, answer phones, and lead tours for potential clients.
• Safely transfer pets, perform intake body checks, assist with feeding/medicating, and supervise outdoor breaks.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at front-desk and boarding/daycare areas; assist with administrative tasks as needed.
